Optec has at least 2 judgments against it. Auctus financial for $676,654.00 and EMA Financial for $215,210.00. Neither of these lawsuits where disclosed in Rogers OPTI disclosure statements. And... There is another against Rodger Pawson from his Cal-Bay scam for $1,400,000.00 that he has refused to pay and is racking up 140.00 bucks a day in interest.
