My guess is that they will be bankrupt in the next year or so.

I would think that these court cases are causing massive issues with sales. In addition, I am sure that they can no longer receive Medicare / Medicaid payments, since they have been accused of committing fraud. On top of that, they still have about a half-dozen other court cases that they have to deal with (Taub, Iconic, Univ of Mexico, class action lawsuit, landlord, etc).
