Holy shit. Thanks for that. Guess I tend to block out some conspiracy stories.
One big reason why I don't have a great library of conspiracy notions is because I don't do any social networking whatsoever except a stock website like this or art websites. But have no fb, twit, snapshit and all the other me me me social site accounts. I've lived very well without them. And I'm on the net a lot.
What does hurt me is all the links to these social sites and they're all behind pay walls or account walls.
The worse is news sources who think making money off you is more important than free public knowledge. To have sponsors is to be beholden to that ideology or brand. To me it's an instant conflict of interest.
Worse, all these news sources and social networks keep and sell your info to other websites and advertisers.
