You think this will hit .40 with current share structure?

It's the only way I can figure the preferred stock-to-common amounts. Which are in amounts that would make all the recipients 'insiders' (over 10% of the OS and you are a CONTROL person and can only sell 1% of the OS every 3 months...after filing a FORM 144 prior to selling and FORM 4 after selling).

I'm an optimist. Perhaps .40...
