I get upset over the things Trump says and does. It angers me and sometimes disgusts me. Anger over what he's doing with the Arctic Refuge and Tongass. Disgust over his personal beliefs. Outrage at his plans to withdraw troops out of Afghanistan and Iraq. Disbelief that any president of this country would deny American citizens their right to decide who will be their president.

I imagine much of these feelings are shared by other world leaders, btw. And now, even some Republicans. Hopefully, soon, wounds will heal and we'll return to life pre Trump. It might not have been perfect but at least it wasn't a garbage dump.
