For a cash poor company with multiple defaults on its books that deal is a win.



It's not about the deal. It's about the material omission in the press release(s). The sheer deception. Their own shareholders! Anyone who bought the stock for 0.03 and sells it for 0.02 (today) can sue them. And they would have a pretty dam good case. We even had one of these announcements last friday, one day before the 10-Q. Which is now a confirmed pump and dump.

The C-shares they are issuing and converting is not looking good either. Dilution at 1c.

The warrants is not looking good either.

Neither are the convertible notes. There is still a whole bunch of defaulted debt out there.
