Nope, not at all. Actually reading through the documents that are the subject of the 11/30 teleconference and 12/3 hearing shows this company is completely dead, has been for well over a year, and that is straight from the CEO.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
