Yep, similar story, nothing about the 1st phase being the reduction of new home prices, though, that is why the inventory of existing homes numbers are so high. There is a cause and effect of everything in real estate. Things just don't happen, like in the stock market, LOL.... Like Today LOL...what a great day. Long article by the way, my ADD kicked in at least 3 times while reading it.... :o)
