Yeah, so, it’s a reg FD disclosure issue, and it leads to insider trading. A CEO cannot share anything with a shareholder that he hasn’t disclosed publicly.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
