Hard to tell, but he could be black. Will there be riots in the streets over the intent to injure or maybe kill Moranis. People get brain damage and some die from a knockout punch when they slam the cement falling back. You usually don't die from the punch, but the cement slam to your head from 5ft free fall can kill you.

The blurb says they arrested a suspect. It's been a month and I haven't seen any other news.
