-9/9 NVSOS Certificate of Admenment issuing 9B shares to cover legal liability of 8.27B shares currently over issued by original ownership
-9/22 NVSOS Certificate of Designation creating Series A Preferred shares granted to David Lazar for services to company reducing the companies small debt to DL
-10/22 Gained Pink Current status from Stop Sign, defined as a black check company, never a business, no existing debt
-11/06 Proof of Claims granted after judge gave 30 days for any opposition to come forth. Case # A-20-816267-B, Clark County Courts, Nevada
-11/10 David Lazar gave order allowing 30 days for any existing claims to come forth. Not likely given original owner dead and no debts existed as was dormant shell. DL may chose to claim shares for himself at this time to cover any more services rendered
- Expecting excess unclaimed shares to be voided and cancelled by 50% or more possibly down to 1B depending on float and new AS/OS once claims clear and finalize in order to greatly reduced over dilution benefiting existing shareholders including David Lazar. The parabolic movement and share price increase will also be more appealing to merger candidates. Companies often fix over dilution by this means
-Steady volume since becoming Pink Current on 10/22 so price may not be this good for long however MM's are currently trading unsolicited quotes due to current AS being undefined by OTC markets which will be rectified once claims clear and shares are reissued and validated and excess shares are voided. Existing shareholders(a.k.a. us who purchased through OTC market via our broker) are legally due valid shares by law do so no risk there. At this time $XMET will be fully merger ready.
