It would be interesting if this is considered as a form of financing. I would defer to Neuro or Dew or Gfp on this. Is there such a thing about offering a warrant type of deal to existing shareholders? I seem to remember NEOT . . . not SSPI did this in the old days. I will ask Dr. Stoll if they would consider this. So, the company would essentially issue warrants at X cents today-that would be 'in the money' at X price and could be exercsied at X price by the company. It sounds complicated, but I would love to participate in such a vehicle. I think if enough shareholders would express an interest in such a warrant type of deal, Stoll might be interested. On the otherhand, it would be very complicated. Say the company wants to do a modest financing at today's prices--maybe 8 million dollars--then a more robust financing when the share price improves later in the year.

I'd be interested in any ideas about such a "shareholder financing" via a debt, secondary with existing shareholders . . . ect . . . ect . . . On the bright side, at least the quality of the buyers would be higher since it would be us= ) We have proven to be longs, therefore with some attachment to the "story" so why not? Perhaps there could be a. warrants or b. some purchase at 10 K allotments; the company may want a minimum dollar purchase--or option to buy some investment vehicle based on our percentage ownership. I'd be very much interested in what my fellow crack heads(I mean biotech investors) think about such a deal.
