It could all turn out badly still; it's biotech folks. One never knows what the FDA will demand at the end of the rainbow.

The issue is the cost of the shares, risks at that time of buying or owning them . . . ect . . . ect . . .

These are option or warrant prices. It's that simple. 1.28 or 1.50 is really a proprosition as follows:

"buy these options for 1.28 a share and one day Cortex could turn into a real biotech company with a drug in two phase IIb trials: CX717 in AD and ADHD, and another drug in phase IIb schizophrenia and IIa depression ORG24448, and another drug in phase I trial in mid '07 CX701 and maybe a deal for high impacts and maybe a safe high impact with this technology."

So, the analogy of the hold is apt. For the company itself is still "on hold" in terms of perception as a viable technology, company. I believe there is great value given the market cap, current price, and for what lies ahead, and, in a strange, weird twist, I'm more optimistic about the company at 1.28 then I was at 5 dollars a share! This shows what a lousy "investor" I am, because a shred investor would have sold at 5(I didn't) and loaded up in the 1's(I did). But it is virtually impossible to 'time' bottoms and 'tops,' or, at least it takes a better mind than I possess.
