Hey guys, OTCmarkets just updated a new phone number, contact name and website address. The new company is Ambcus. Website is https://ambcus.com/home. The first page says it is coming soon and shows a picture of mining activity. So I guess that is what our new company will be. So it appears the change in control is real and an operating company has merged into the shell. A filing is due Monday, so hopefully we will find out more next week.
