LG, I am not sure about that, I know some people on I-hub have "subscription services" they charge for, but I doubt there is a law that would support provision of such records. Those that subscribe, may, voluntarily, insist on such a record, and if they are not getting it, voluntarily not subscribe.

I have been asked few times to start such a "service" myself, and I have responded that I will not, for many reasons, the first and most important is that I am not a professional analysts, or guru or whatever, I cannot see myself charging for unprofessional "guesswork" (and that immaterial of the fact that "professionals" might do a better or worst job at it than I am). The second is that starting such a service will tie me down to continue and provide it whether I want it or not. In essence dedicate myself to a "new job" and "stick to my knittings", not my character, I love my freedom, and if I wanted to "stick to my knittings", I would be running a company (g).
