At least 75,000,000 bond holders of COTRP CBJCL and CBTRP OBJECTED TO THE PROPOSED ACTION OF SETTLEMENT.

If this is a majority the presented proposed plan will be rejected and go back for renegotiation.

I’d mine 77 years in perpetuity and that’s going to be my argument @ 7.625 at $25,000,000 shares.
