Negative earnings AGAIN and still so much optimism. Speculation on the settlement is the last thing holding this up. I don't understand the nuances of the lawsuit as well as i should but we HAVE to hear something by Thursday or no?
Was anything said about the lawsuit other than that they "look forward to RESUMING the case against google? The word choice leads me to believe it will drag on as some kind of delay is announced soon.
Absolutely an exciting buying opportunity after this speculative optimism wears off but lets not make this out to be something it isn't.
