Technically, no, there seems to be some sort of glitch as to why none of us bond holders have received the details except for a possible few.


This poses a great concern and is likely enough to overturn or delay a bankruptcy proceeded. You can't vote or respond without evidence and at THIS IS CONSTITUTIONAL VIOLATION.

You can vote to object to the current proposed sale, but you will be asked why, and when you can't provide evidence, it will dismissed.

The evidence is that none of us have any information from any corporate actions, settlement agreements, and none of this is listed on Prime Clerk.

That is preposterous and very well could hold up the sale if we object and appeal and this needs to happen VERY FAST.
