Transparency by the management of NPHC? I dont think so. Why has NPHC blacked out the name of the CPA accountant and their fees schedule?

The hiring of an CPA accountant is a material event by NPHC. As an SEC filer such material events are to be covered by an 8K. Wheres the 8K?
