PUGE - good 8-k out, this was a pretty messed up company. Nice to see it getting cleaned up. Goods things will come from this. It looks like the new CEO is getting the PUGE out of debt, that this shell is out of debt and is merging (inserting) a new big company and it looks like the new CEO - is serious and starting an actual restart, me see it as a very good 8k, we just have to be patient and I don't think we're earning well today or next week. imho
