If you look at today's trading ( and several days like it for the past few weeks) The stock sold up to $6.10 However three times 100 to 300 shares were sold at bid to bring the price to $6.06, $6.04 and finally $6.00. This is not the first time I noticed this pattern. IMO it being held down so that when it hits NASDAQ some funds (friends of management or the new billionaire investors) will be able to buy in at these undervalued prices.
