Right next door was a huge flashy Societe des Alcools du Quebec. This place had customers.

Building had lots of windows with enticing ads. I was offered a card for points.

I do not drink but could of bought a truckload of Global 94% .

In closing, suffice to say Health Canada is against cannabis.

They fought the black market long and hard but they lost in the end. Tax payers paid the court fees.

They are being overgrown as we speak.

Proof that free market always wins when government is out of the picture.
