Imo definitive and conclusive evidence that FiveT Capital Holding AG is primarily Johannes M. Roth's company: at Business-Monitor.ch, they list the signatory power of each member of the Board of Directors. Roth is the only one with sole signatory power, while the other three board members require joint signatures to sign on behalf of the company. So Roth is the only one at FiveT Capital Holding AG who has full unrestricted power to act on behalf of the company.
Notably, current board members include Francisco Fernandez, founder and major shareholder of Avaloq.
So in spite of what assorted "music men" and "captains" have to say about it, all available evidence suggests FiveT Capital Holding AG is fundamentally Johannes Minho Roth's company. Roth is currently also the CEO of Avaloq Ventures and on the board of PLUG, GEVO, and many other companies, used to be a regular guest investment expert on CNBC, and from all available evidence seems to be primary owner of Sanostro via FiveT Capital Holding AG's majority stake in Sanostro Holding AG. Sanostro provides assorted fintech solutions to banks and institutional investors, including Avaloq's customers.
$QUTR's CEO Wieland Kreuder, by the way, is on the Board of Directors of FiveT Capital AG, a subsidiary of FiveT Capital Holding AG.
In spite of having control of FiveT Capital Holding AG, I think it stands to reason that the board discussed the acquisition of $QUTR: that would mean that Roth, CEO of Avaloq Ventures, and Fernandez, fintech luminary and founder of Avaloq--along with the rest of the board--would have in all likelihood strategized extensively about buying a shell for some purpose for $265K in cash plus legal/accounting/filing fees. We don't yet know the purpose, but I think, as I've stated extensively, that it's quite a powerhouse team at FiveT Capital Holding AG that's decided to buy QUTR. One would hope they have a good reason.
Btw, I haven't yet researched FiveT Capital Holding AG's other directors....
All my opinion as always...
