william, I have been in the investment game a long time...and one thing I know is "promoters"....after the first deal they put up another and tell you "it will just get better"....and on the next year, etc....but, after three years they still haven't produced,...guess what!...they are just promoters and can't get the job done because you know why?..it is beneath them to actually have to do the mundane work of actually running a business...so, they hire someone else to do it for them, but when that some one tells them that it is not working, they say "don't worry about it, come help me do another project and we will get some one else to do the mundane work".....and on and on until all get sucked into promoting rather than actual, physical work....
