I hope not, because conspirators do not have to be known, when you state, "Why did the buildings do this...?" It is implying that it was a setup. A setup is a conspiracy theory.

Now, please use a bit of common sense. Did you think that the Cold War was a scare tactic, setup as to give an excuse for increasing our nuclear arsenal by Reagan? I don't.
