First we would need to find the man (or woman, but far less likely in this capacity at this juncture in history) capable to perform the job, then we would have to rally around that man as never before.

Such a man would face ENORMOUS difficulties and odds of EVER holding sway...
he would have to become legendary, the classic ideal of a "hero".

Not some snot nosed swaggering wanna-be whimp with a rocking horse and cowboy boots who lives on a former pig farm.
