Well, the SEC looks VERY HARSHLY AT FAKE CRYPTO SCAM- and ESPECIALLY "CRYPTO ICO" offering fraud (it's sale of an un-registered security as far as the SEC is concerned- in the BIG no-no of SEC crimes category!)

Just like they looked at Gifa so harshly as far back as June? Why hasn't it been halted? It's going on 5 months now.
