As predicted and expected, DPLS releasing what appears to be "news" -- hoping to increase interest and increased buying volume, especially by new buyers. That's what the note holders expect from O'Leary. It's in his best interest to spur buying volume for the note holders. Next week...a new round of conversions starts, at least that's been the pattern.
