Listen, i don't have an agenda. I call balls and strikes. I am long the stock and hope it goes to $5. And no, Rontan has not had an opportunity to present evidence on damages because there has been no evidentiary hearing to date. Further and if they are allowed to present evidence that was requested in discovery but failed to do so, that is a partial victory. Because as far as I'm concerned, they should not be allowed to present a thing. Especially docs that were requested in discovery. Finally, I would be surprised if the Court sticks to the schedule in the order.
