No doubt a settlement is a high probability of outcome here with VPLM. We saw recently Apple had to pay $503 million to some other company with web patents that are no where near what VPLM has. VPLM is suing the infringers for billions and the judge in WACO wants to see the numbers!! So let's get this case in front of Albright and see where this goes.
