all the dcomunettation you are looking for is in the hands of the OSC who I am very very sure will be sharing with the SEC.

YOu dont think they just sat around eating donuts dreaming up these charges do you.

I firmly beleive that is how some companies dream up NRs to iusse but not regulators.
