jcald, In a nut shell:
1. Management pumped & dumped shares while lying about the pending and guaranteed release of the Audited Financials.
2. Many stock purchases, loans, share structure and concrete sale deals were promised as "for sure", then explained away.
3. PV who isn't the CEO and has nothing to do with the company continues to lie and has earned himself a trip to court on January 8, 2007.
4. The stock price has gone recently from .12 to .01.
5. Shares are so low that owners like me continue to hold to help send PV and a few others (with intertwined companies) to prison.
All in my opinion of course. Chanches are good you can get shares below .01 a day or two after PV takes the stand (probably literally). I think you are just fishing and have no intentions to purchase this stock. Are you one of PV's lawyers? - Misterbull
