I won't either because the amount of the complaint quite honestly is insignificant, and there are not enough facts about that particular alleged incident to say anything more than what you presented. I understand very well what you have stated in the first instance. If I was Akyumen I would be addressing that immediately with my attorneys and have them all over it.


IMHO, everything in that complain is false and it's most likely a case of corruption by the California Business Compliance representatives who aren't in compliance with the law to post that.


Again, if I were Akyumen I would have my attorneys all over this.
