It’s a David Lazar shell. He cleans them up and sells them. That’s his MO. So one day once this shell is cleaned up it will be sold and we will watch nvsos over the coming months to see who is eventually going to move into it. Could happen this month, could be next year. Who knows? What we do know is a debt free shell has inherent value. Once the SS is cleaned up it will have a higher inherent value.
