To all who have asked me through PM's, I do not think this will be over next week. This is only a preliminary hearing to gather info from the company. Although they will probably ask them to come back at a later time to present more info, I think the company business plan is a doable plan based on how it was explained to me and others. As far as Petar is concerned, he tells me he has evidence to prove that he and the company are innocent. Let's just wait and see what he comes up with first before jumping the gun.

Of course I am a little nervous as most of you are because it's my money on the line too, but I do honestly feel this will all be corrected to our benefit. If I didn't feel this way, I wouldn't be here.

IMO I think the worst case scenarion is a fine like Snips said. I do not think anyone will get jail time if any wrong doing is found. If this was a made up company like other pinkies have done in the past, I wouldn't feel the way I do. I saw the business and I know they are worth something. I wish I knew more at this time but I don't. A little while ago I left a message for them to call me. Let's see what they say.

In the meantime, I am going to hit the Biscayne flats in a few minutes to enjoy the rest of the day. Tomorrow will be stressfull enough. Have a great day all! As always, I will let you all know what I hear.
