Penny stocks are stocks that are under 10 their whole life....

in my definition.Others define as under 5 etc...TMDI was 10 folds 5 years back and was drained over the platform.Being a one man band,it did not have any cash flow.Typical for these types.Their hope is one great product or a BO.
