That's false as well. Here's the thing about pump and dumps on the OTC: They go up, then they go down. In this case, Auctus is going to sell a lot of stock once they get their hands on it, quite a tidy profit they've set up for themselves in the "plan" with those warrants.
You've been wrong on every account. It's 30 days until any can sell their shares and it's 1/3 at a time.
