I'm not really experienced with pink stocks the way others here clearly are. So...someone please tell me why that matters or is a good thing. For instance, if a reverse split affects every common shareholder equally, why is it something to be undesired? I get that it's nice to be able to buy a lot of shares while something is cheap, but at some point I would think it makes no difference.
