There is ABSOLUTELY NO, NONE, NO, ZERO "scenario" where a CAVEAT EMPTOR and SKULL & CROSSBONES SEC DELINQUENT non legal entity POS such as GIFX (GIFA-CON) - "UP LISTS" direct to the NASDAQ or similar as is falsely being claimed and was part of the hype-n-fraud of GIFA-CON clear back to the start as the FRFS shell and faux "reverse merger" !

The NASDAQ would laugh these criminal clowns and Aul right out of the room - let alone it's a $BUCK A SHARE minimum and $4 a share to even "be considered" despite the NASDAQ NEVER allowing "CAVEAT OTC to NASDAQ" straight transfers under ANY circumstances- ever.


The GIFA-CON off-shore carnies already cleaned most of the dumb money penny marks when this fraud was still FRFS - they made $MILLIONS on the front-load and left the building like Elvis LOL :)

NOV 2, 2017 THE BIG FRFS/GIFA-CON LIE "KICKED OFF" via use of TWITTER-CON and the P&D ensued and ENDED SHORTLY THEREAFTER - those are the facts of the case and they are indisputable :)

NEVER forget people- it was a FAKE TWEET-CON about a FAKE "PR" supposedly about to be "made public" (with buzz word fraud about "NASDAQ Up-listing big plans" blah blah in it) that 1) RAN THIS POS TO 30 CENTS on the front-load P&D and then 2) RAPIDLY GOT IT SLAPPED AS CAVEAT EMPTOR and SKULL AND CROSSBONES by the OTC MARKETS from which it has NEVER RETURNED - it's DEAD !!

THAT TWEET and FAKE EMAIL contained in same were RAPIDLY (INSTANTLY ALMOST) "SCRUBBED" and vanished as the 30 cent spike occurred- CLEAR front load P&D fraud and criminal stock promotion was committed !! The OTC SLAPPED "CAVEAT EMPTOR" ON FRFS ASAP after that Tweet and the 30 cent spike- literally within days :)

GIFA-CON (FRFS shell scam with Billy Aul and Ralph Amato on the "assist" with Shetty in the bullpen and Kisa-the-CON working the off-shore side) was ALL a front-loaded con and scam- and ONE TWEET pumped it to 30 cents and then BOOM the OTC/SEC slapped the CAVEAT DEATH MARK ON IT AS A "SCAM" and it's never filed or produced a single legit document since.

The TWEET SCAM and history of the front-load P&D is preserved FOREVER in numerous places - including a photo/screen capture of "the Tweet w/ fake email" that caused the 30 cent spike-n-dump of all the front load shares and ultimate trap-n-scam of what was then FRFS and to become GIFA.

That front-load paid promotion got Kisa-the-PERP and the lead "team" out and wealthy for their part of the world. LOOK AT A CHART - I figure several $MILLION got unloaded on the front-load con and paid promotion, easily several $MILLION and maybe as much as $10 mil or so at the 30 cent con-n-fraud 1 minute or 2 minutes max sucker/penny mark PEAK-n-DUMP
