I think you are misinterpreting the nature of the filing procedure to date. The filings have been extensive and the remainder were being readied to go to the SEC when they shut down for Christmas, in my understanding.

The filings are neither sketchy nor few, but are recent. Contrary to your demonizing, the SEC has acted simply to get compliance on the remainder. If they have questions regarding the substance of the current filings, none has been raised, although we are aware that certain disenfranchised and discredited posters have continuously used the complaints venue with the SEC to raise awareness that TLYN must be a horror of all horrors.

As for your comment that "Telynx should have been deregistered long ago", it is a highly personal opinion, suspiciously made without substance, and takes into no account the legimate aspirations of the company or its shareholders, nor the considerable amount of investment of time and money by both parties. To simply have TLYN deregistered for failure to file would be a travesty all around, something which your thick and unfeeling hide ignores all too easily.

As such, your post falls on its ass in a vain attempt to discredit all here, for your attempted gain.

I am reminded that you have fabulous DD powers, and that some on iHub regard you highly. It is a shame that you feel you need to conduct yourself in a manner more befitting a street hoodlum when you show up here, acting in the same sort of supercilious and hurtful manner that has seen you kicked off Raging Bull permanently.
