I do not dispute the fact that they are not current on the filings. They admit they are behind and have stated that they are/have been working to bring them current. My point was that there are companies out there, sljb for one that should be required to file instead of scamming people out of their money. At least Telynx is not putting out false PR's and leading the lambs to slaughter (so to speak).
