After over a year of a $0.0001 PPS and zero evidence of operations, after the "new team" promising to clean up the balance sheet and actually nearly doubling the debt, I'd seriously doubt there's any "belief" of the contrary other than possibly a "hope" of flipping $0.0001's to $0.0003's. This company has no business operations whatsoever, nearly zero assets, and substantial debt, yet they're going to "save" stock that is over priced at $0.0001. This is a stinky pink company, at best, if they even survive.
