New vision???

No. After a year of nothing, including a PPS of $0.0001, I'm thinking the company is completely done. This PR they issued about "saving" the stock that has been at the bottom of the OTC for a year was issued so somebody could sell some. Their whole business idea (selling websites to cities, most of whom already have one) has failed, they'll wind up dissolved.
