how do you know something everyone else doesn’t? because clearly it states the note is convertible at .30 or the current stock price whichever is greater no where in there does it say anything about .001 or .0001 or anything about a 95% discount due to their funding? you aren’t making any sense... this note is non toxic to shareholders... Let me dumb that down for you... in your terms it means that it wont negatively affect anyone, at 02 it can only help this ticker.... if you can please enlighten me to where they got the note at a 95% discount because if they did by all means I might shoot them an email to see if they need any more funding in exchange for notes convertible at .3 I have a few American Dollars I could throw at them if so.
