IMHO one also needs to take into consideration that ANYTHING that comes from the LITIGATION TRUST may imho be considered LITIGATION proceeds as I have said for years and MAY VERY WELL NOT BE TAXABLE!!!!!!!! Litigation proceeds are nothing but the RETURN of what was yours to start with and are not imho taxable. This will be one for everyone's OWN CPA as some are taxed and some are not!

Now BOBVIOUSLY the shares will NOT be taxed PERIOD imho until you sell them, then you base original cost is what would come into play and the time held, so most likely LTG's taxes would apply
