Agreed, unless this company is sold or merges. Most all the effort and capital expense have gone to JG at the expense of BMIX and its Shareholders. The best Projects all were shifted to JG as this has been about taking care of the former Preferreds for quite some time now. This company should have been successful and why it never was only Fogassa really knows. IMHO
