Hope is not a good investment plan.

As I always state, HOPE is not a valid investment strategy and will leave people who believe otherwise, destitute, of both financial resources and emotion.

I believe that a LARGE number of investors here are NOT here based on hope, but are here thanks in a large part to your knowledge in dealing with the BK process and the fact that you have taken the "unpaid" task of keeping the posters up to speed. For that, I THANK-YOU!

In my career I have had several law firms represent my different projects. In the legal world, there is no path of 100% certainty, as well as NO known time frame for the outcome in the judicial system to unfold.....this BK is a great example.

As for forecasting PP or the FINAL out come of this investment, good luck. Investments have different outcomes and variables that will always make it interesting for each and every investors.

No one can know what tomorrow (OR) Monday holds...What we can do is to make an informed choice on what we do know. IE; POR is approved, and the parties have a lot to lose without the final "leak-out" in place. (those are great odds, with risk vs. reward)

While the judge's words may have no bite, it does tell the attorneys that you need to get your act together, when you show up again. In the legal world, attorneys don't like to show disrespect in front of a judge. Having the judge call them out is a great way to tell them to be prepared if you walk into "my court room" on Monday. In other words, creditability is important to an attorney, that is WHY the odds are great this wraps up on Monday.

This blog site has given many the opportunity to obtain legal insight, as well as business insight in a way that many sites don't offer.

You all know where I stand, "Here Comes the Judge".....and I do believe you're going to like what he has to say.

Thanks Sporty, (aka; Mr. Wilson) my friend for passing on your pearls of wisdom!
