There is zero investor confidence, the transparency is because they are professional and are doing what they are suppose to do as a SEC reporting company.

Does not the negate the need for a split or why they would not do one when it would be to the benefit of the company and the preferred share holders as well as perhaps needed for further funding, acquisitions and so on. How can the company grow and continue to raise capital the more bloated it gets.
