Until the sovereign government of Kenya has a FID for the pipeline, we will focus on cash flow investments outside of Kenya. Exploration has virtually ceased in Kenya until the government seeks financial help through the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund (both in Washington, D.C.) Until then AOC will probably continue to pull oil out of the ground and truck oil to Mombasa storage facilities for export. IMO.
