And I've seen NDA's which were strictly adhered to, by the letter, due to the sensitive nature of those NDA's and the product(s), processes, etc. being protected. That being said, sometimes the product(s), processes, etc. dictate the movements of all the parties involved. The more proprietary the product(s), et. al, the more movements are dictated by it/them.

NDA's come in all complexities.

And to not take into account the current chaotic business environment is ludicrous. Not to mention, this particular company (KBLB), is attempting something never accomplished before in the history of mankind. Within that chaotic environment!

To a certain extent but i'm not prepared to put the brunt of the weight on Covid-19.

Assuming they're getting none is baseless.

If KBLB is being helped and no movement is being detected for 10 months, the fault may lie with KBLB (Kim).
